OBJECTIVE :
To provide participants with the knowledge and clear understanding of the basic requirements of conducting in-house calibration and maintenance of Mechanical Instruments.
Part I (Morning Session) 9.00 – 10.00 am

- The importance of proper maintenance of Measuring Instruments
Part II (Afternoon Session) 10.15 ~ 5.00 pm
- Hands-on practical in calibration and proper handling of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
Part III 5.00 ~ 5.30 pm
- Questions and Answers.
MR. WANG CHI KHOON is the Managing Director and founder of Sendi Mahir Sdn Bhd. Mr. Wang’s mission is to help various industries understand the process related to calibration services. With more than 16 successful years in designing, implementing and auditing ISO/IEC 17025, Mr. Wang’s years of experience is gather from the training and consulting of over 300 manufacturing companies. Together with his experience and skills while working in Australia and local industries, Mr. Wang strongly believes that the most important factor in achieving a high level of production is quality control and the technical foundation of quality control is measurement or calibration control.
MR. SEAH LEONG HO is the Quality Manager and Executive Director of Sendi Mahir Sdn Bhd. He was trained in Physical Quality by undergoing a course from Japan in 1997 through the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship. He also participated in Workshops and Symposiums conducted by the National Conference of Standard Laboratories, U.S.A in 1997 and 2001. He is also a qualified Lead Assessor for ISO/IEC 17025. With more than ten years’ hands-on experience in calibration of various Mechanical, Electrical and Temperature measuring instruments, his session of training will enable participants to fully understand the importance and the fundamental aspects of calibration practice.
