- Assist senior on the operation of his/her work and to carry out any task assigned by them
- Perform test or calibrations work
- Able to work with minimum supervision
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM with Credit in Mathematics or Science subject, or Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ Mechatronic and equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Possess own transport and car driving license
- Willing to travel/ outstation if necessary
- Preferably Male

Job Summary:
To achieve sales target within designated area, increase sales volume and maintain existing as well as develop new customers.
Responsibilities:
- To perform day to day marketing of company’s services to existing customer .
- To maintain good relationship with existing and key customers to enhance further business opportunities.
- To identify and develop new customers.
- To acknowledge and input data of customer’s items in the software provided.
- To liaise with all inter-departments to achieve company’s objectives and visions.
- To fulfill customers’ requirements and achieve total customer satisfaction.
- To achieve sales target and overall profitability services.
- To conduct effective telemarketing to built business opportunities.
- Ability to present the calibration services to new prospect customers.
- Ability to handle and solving complaints or problems effectively.
- Ability to prepare quotation and enquiry from customer efficiently.
- Time management to plan between internal paper works and external job scope.
- Proactive to follow up on quotation given.
- Coordinate with logistic arrangement such as planning and scheduling for daily schedule.
- Coordinate with site/field coordinator on any site arrangement required.
- Follow-up on the Purchase Order to ensure confirmation of work.
- Coordinate with accounts department for any discrepancy in the invoices as well as to support to get payments from long overdue debtors.
- To involve in 5S activities.
