SMSB had successfully conducted the ‘
Customer Day’ event on 19th June 2009 at SMSB in Shah Alam. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the customer for their participation on that day. It was an overwhelming response from our loyal customers, which it was about 50 customers attended this event. We were also able to meet the objective of this event, which is ‘
Total Customer Satisfaction’ whereby we had shared our knowledge with them & shown the facilities we have in our laboratories during the ‘Lab Tour’. All the customers provided a value feedback for our improvement and also complimented on our new laboratories. We will conduct the similar event in the nearest future tentatively by end of 2009. We hope to get the support from the 2nd batch of the customers to be invited.
